By using tuput.com ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Simple as that.

1. What tuput is

tuput is a collection of AI-powered developer utilities. You paste input, we send it to a large language model, and return the model's output to you. The Service runs on Cloudflare, and inference is provided by OpenRouter or Cloudflare Workers AI.

2. Fair use

• The free tier is capped at 5 uses per tool per 24 hours per user. Don't attempt to circumvent this (rotating IPs, residential proxy abuse, etc.) — we'll just block you.
• Don't scrape, automate, or resell the Service. No bot traffic. If you want API access, that's what the Pro tier is for (coming soon).
• Don't use the Service for anything illegal, harassing, or that violates the underlying model provider's usage policies (e.g. OpenRouter terms).

3. AI output disclaimer

The Service uses large language models, which are probabilistic and sometimes wrong. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or generate code that contains bugs or security flaws. You are responsible for reviewing and validating anything you ship, deploy, commit, or send to users based on output from this Service.

Do not use tuput for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. This Service is a developer utility, not professional advice.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to anything you paste into the Service. You grant us a narrow license to process your input (forward it to the LLM provider, stream the response back). We don't claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.

Do not paste secrets, credentials, customer data, or anything subject to regulatory controls (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR-restricted PII, etc.) into tuput. We are not a HIPAA Business Associate and are not configured for regulated workloads.

5. Payments (Pro tier)

When Pro launches, subscriptions are month-to-month, billed in USD, processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months, but we'll consider one-time exceptions for good-faith issues (email us).

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for free-tier users, that's $0).

7. Termination

We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or we're legally required to. You can stop using the Service at any time — nothing to cancel on the free tier.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
