1. What tuput is

tuput is an independent online magazine. It publishes general-interest articles on subjects including history, travel, artificial intelligence, robotics, science, and the environment. Articles are researched and produced with the assistance of AI tools and are offered for general information, education, and discussion only. See our Disclaimer and Editorial Standards for details on how the content is made and its limitations.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on the Site is professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, investment, safety, or otherwise) and it must not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here. Your use of the information on the Site is entirely at your own risk.

3. Accuracy and opinion

We make a good-faith effort to be accurate and to cite reputable sources, but we do not warrant that any article is complete, current, or error-free. Many topics (especially in history and science) are genuinely contested; where a matter is disputed, interpretive, or uncertain, the relevant passages represent analysis, commentary, and opinion, not statements of settled fact. Reasonable people may disagree, and we welcome correction (see below).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site's operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your access to, reliance on, or inability to use the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Site operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
